Professional Email helps you stay on customers' minds with an email address that matches your domain (e.g. yourname@yourbusinessname.com) and promotes your businesses with every message you send. This is just one of many steps in growing your brand identity.
Microsoft is changing the name of Office 365 to be more reflective of the range of features and benefits in the subscription. Microsoft 365 includes everything you know and love about Office, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. It also includes the intelligent cloud services and advanced security features you expect from Microsoft.
If you buy our Business Professional plan, you will automatically get the latest Office applications. These are the desktop apps that you love and rely on every day, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access (PC only), OneNote, and Publisher. Additionally, we'll make sure to keep you up to date with the very latest upgrades at no extra cost.
Microsoft 365 gives you the ability to quickly and easily share documents with your coworkers and customers. With OneDrive for Business, Office Online apps, and premium email, you can share files, create a new email address, store contacts, and share calendars with others.
And here is the kicker. Unlike your current platform, Hostoast has a feature that allows for both real-time messaging and screen sharing using Skype for Business (PC) and Lync (Mac).
If you are a company that uses the Business Professional plan, know that the desktop Office app is associated with an individual user's information, including their sign-in and password. If you download a copy onto another employee's computer, they will have access to your documents.
We strongly suggest that anyone in your organization needing the latest desktop versions of Office apps have their own Business Professional account.
